In this role, you will spend your days analyzing market trends, developing strategic marketing plans, and negotiating contracts with potential buyers. You will also be responsible for managing our inventory and ensuring timely delivery of orders. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our apparel products.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform our marketing decisions.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with buyers and clients.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure product quality and meet client specifications.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and sales data.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network with potential buyers and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in apparel marketing and merchandising.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with fashion industry software such as Fashion Sizing, Fashion Sourcing, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing campaigns.
