• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage service standards and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late nights.
