📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels
• Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients
• Present our products and services to potential clients and address their needs and concerns
• Use Salesforce and HubSpot to manage your pipeline and track your progress
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and exceed sales targets
• Provide regular reports on your activities and performance to the sales manager
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
• Attend and participate in sales training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
• Proven track record of generating and qualifying leads and closing deals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
