As an L&D Intern, you'll gain valuable experience using industry-standard tools like Moodle, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. You'll assist in designing training materials, scheduling sessions, and analyzing training effectiveness, all while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees across various departments.
• Support the administration of training schedules and participant registrations using Moodle and Microsoft Teams.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees based on training outcomes.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
• Participate in meetings and workshops to stay updated on best practices in L&D.
• Support the organization of internal and external training events and webinars.
• Assist in the analysis of training effectiveness and the development of improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role or internship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with L&D tools such as Moodle, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Basic understanding of training and development methodologies.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
