📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management, using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to attract and retain top talent.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
• Maintain HR compliance and ensure all processes adhere to local labor laws.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including payroll processing and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
