📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients,Maintain a clean and organized workspace,Follow all bank policies and procedures,Assist in cash handling and reconciliation,Report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities,Stay updated with the latest banking products and services,Assist in training new staff when needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Basic knowledge of banking systems and transactions,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies,Ability to work in a team and independently
