📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Manage and mentor store staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for store improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
