Shop Assistant - Immediate

ZENIX Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team in Cempaka Putih. This is an immediate opening, and we are excited to welcome a new member to our family.

As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing excellent customer service and assistance to customers.
• Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are accurate.
• Assisting in the organization and presentation of merchandise.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promoting products and special offers to customers.
• Assisting with the opening and closing of the store.
• Maintaining a clean and organized shop environment.
• Following all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
