📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, forecasts, and reports to management.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
