Bright Seed Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Provide feedback and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM, and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
