📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment uptime
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Analyze maintenance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall manufacturing operations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in maintenance management
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and reported accurately, providing valuable insights for future decision-making
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities to ensure the safety and security of the facility and its personnel

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership roles, with a strong focus on industrial or manufacturing environments
• Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or a related field is a plus
• Proficient in using maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, EAM, or similar systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices in the chemical manufacturing industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
