📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring smooth execution.,Greet and assist guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.,Set up and decorate banquet areas to create an inviting atmosphere.,Prepare and serve food and beverages according to event requirements.,Clean and reset banquet areas after events to maintain a high standard of presentation.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting, including on-site and remote tasks.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
