📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics
• Work closely with our team to ensure that every detail is taken care of
• Deliver exceptional event experiences in Bali's stunning locations
• Manage event budgets and ensure that all expenses are within the agreed-upon limits
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure that all event details are met
• Ensure that all events are executed on time and within budget
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and attendees
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate in event planning and management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and management
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using event management software, such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo
• Knowledge of Bali's event venues, vendors, and local regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
