📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, specialty drinks, and other hot and cold beverages.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory and restock coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor new baristas to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, understanding and meeting customer needs and preferences.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in a coffee shop or café environment.
• Proven ability to prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with high quality and consistency.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, steam wands, and grinders.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and friendly with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and stand for extended periods of time.
