Berjaya Textile is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes, including stock control, picking, and packing.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
