📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage a team of store staff and provide guidance and training.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market conditions is a plus.
