📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met,Prepare and manage inventory and supplies,Train and supervise kitchen staff,Assist in menu planning and development,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions,Ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
