📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests arriving at the front desk with a warm and professional manner.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.,Answer and direct guest inquiries, providing information about hotel facilities and services.,Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.,Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest.,Perform night audits to ensure all front desk transactions are accurate and complete.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest services software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must, and English language skills are a plus.
