📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information.,Handle cash and check transactions with accuracy and efficiency.,Provide information and answer questions about banking products and services.,Assist in the opening and closing of the bank's cash drawer.,Monitor and ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good command of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
