📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative agri-tech solutions, including precision farming, IoT-based monitoring, and data analytics tools.
• Collaborate with agronomists, engineers, and data scientists to design and deploy pilot projects.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for innovation in the agricultural sector.
• Work closely with farmers to understand their needs and challenges, and translate these insights into actionable solutions.
• Manage and optimize agri-tech platforms, including software and hardware systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the agri-tech industry.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including investors, farmers, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the agricultural and technology sectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agri-tech, agricultural innovation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices, technologies, and trends.
• Proficiency in using agri-tech tools and software, including GIS, IoT platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights in a clear and compelling manner.
• Familiarity with Indonesian agricultural practices and regulations.
