In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our employees and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent time management skills, and a passion for creating delicious and healthy meals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of meals and dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time.,Train and mentor junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen management and decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Continuously improve kitchen operations and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional cook in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a kitchen and a team of cooks.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
