📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses to understand the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Create and manage job postings, ensuring they are attractive and aligned with our brand values.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry networks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
