📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food handling standards.,Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation standards.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Proven ability to work in a team and lead by example.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
