📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Manage and mentor junior staff to maintain high performance and productivity.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Conduct regular audits to assess operational performance and identify potential risks.,Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
