📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the organization and execution of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
