📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Implement predictive maintenance strategies using tools such as IoT sensors, vibration analysis, and thermal imaging.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to the management team.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians on new technologies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on predictive maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing predictive maintenance strategies in an agricultural or manufacturing environment.
• Certification in predictive maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (MMS) and enterprise asset management (EAM) software.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and train a team.
