Berkah Vera Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the clinic's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the clinic's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, fueling, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with safety regulations.,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Coordinate with drivers and other staff to ensure timely and efficient vehicle use.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in developing and implementing fleet policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.
